Vince Rogusky

Vince Rogusky has over 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive management experience leading businesses in a variety of industries. Vince’s extensive expertise and leadership includes business strategy and execution, finance, venture capital and private equity, strategic partnerships, enterprise software technology, business development, sales and marketing, product development, operations, and international business growth. His deep industry expertise includes healthcare, financial services, Cloud/SaaS software technology, and electronics. Vince is known as an enthusiastic leader and for his creative approaches, innovation, team building, and open management style.

Vince is currently the President & CEO of The Sharp Financial Group (“Sharp”), an integrated financial management firm providing business advisory, accounting & tax, wealth management, and capital solutions that help businesses and entrepreneurs create value and grow wealth. Vince is responsible for the overall vision and strategy of the firm along with major growth and business initiatives.

Prior to joining Sharp, Vince was President of InfoMC, Inc., a care coordination enterprise software company delivering clinical and financial management solutions for managing chronic illnesses and wellness. He led the transformation of this legacy company resulting in a new technology platform (Cloud/SaaS), new products and solutions, new and expanded markets, new partnerships, new and expanded customers, new business model, new financing, and a new leadership team.

Before joining InfoMC, Vince was Founder, President, and CEO of Epitome Systems, Inc., a leading Cloud/SaaS business process management software company serving the financial services industry. Vince conceived and created the business utilizing technology and operations acquired from GMAC Commercial Holdings. He developed the business strategy including the commercialization of the software technology; devised and deployed the business, sales and marketing, and partner strategies; arranged debt and equity financing; built a management team; and expanded market opportunities.

Prior to the founding of Epitome Systems, Vince was a Venture Partner and Entrepreneur-in- Residence at PA Early Stage Partners (Novitas), a leading early stage venture capital firm, and he was Senior Vice President of NY-based Julien J. Studley, Inc., a leading, national firm specializing in commercial real estate advisory services to corporations. Previously, Vince directed development and leasing activities for Linpro (LCOR), a national commercial real estate development firm, and managed global sales and related operations for Lutron Electronics, Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer of electronic lighting control systems.

Vince earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. In addition to his business activities, Vince is active in the community, serving a variety of civic and charitable organizations and boards. Vince also played professional football.
