Building 100

We continue to make history where history has been made.

Inside Philadelphia’s historic Navy Yard, Ben Franklin Technology Partners is headquartered in Building 100 Innovation Center. Originally built as a Marine Corps Barracks, Building 100 Innovation Center is a 32,000-square-foot brick building that offers dramatic views of the Marine Parade Grounds and the Navy Boat Basin. Listed in the National Record of Historic Places, our renovated building is modernized with environmentally conscious materials and energy-efficient technology.

Our space anchors us in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Since opening our doors in 2007, Building 100 Innovation Center has provided an exciting, flexible environment important to an entrepreneurial culture. Ben Franklin owns and operates the facility and hosts a community of new companies and partnerships within the space. We are proud to call the Navy Yard home, and we can’t imagine a better place to anchor this emerging, regional innovation cluster.

Meet our Building 100 Innovation Center Partners.

We’re neighbors. We’re collaborators. We’re allies.
