Connects parents with children in daycare with the providers of care to their children through technology.

Tadpoles connects parents with children in daycare with the providers of care to their children using mobile devices (iPhone, iPod, iPad and Android devices) and/or a website interface. With the Tadpoles service, daycare providers send notices, information, pictures and video to the parents. The service is provided free to the daycare providers and revenue to the company is projected to be primarily from a monthly subscription offered to parents/guardians for photos. Notice information will be provided to all parents at no charge. Currently the company is providing all services to over 40 daycare centers and plans to start the billing to parents of $7 per month through the Apple App Store and Android Marketplace in January 2012. If a parent does not pay the monthly fee they will not receive pictures and video, but will see a thumbnail to indicate pictures are available and will still receive the daycare provider’s electronic messages.
