HealthQX Continues To Grow & Attract Philadelphia Talent

Adding Healthcare Analytics, Big Data and Technology Professionals To The Team.

HealthQX, the progressive leader in Value-Based Payment (VBP) analytic software solutions, announced today the addition of two new members of their senior team. Frank Cerminaro was selected as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chris Simpkins as the Vice President of Analytics.

In addition to these new senior leadership roles, HealthQX has also added a number of employees to their application development team. The expansion of the team supports the growth in their customer base and continued interest in their ClarityQx analytics platform. This platform supports health plans and health systems in making the transition to bundled payments and other at-risk arrangements.

Frank is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building ventures, commercializing healthcare solutions and driving product technology solutions. As HealthQX’s Chief Technology Officer, Frank is responsible for leading all software development operations which include big data management and information systems within the organization. Prior to joining HealthQX, Frank was the co-founder of IntelliSource Healthcare Solutions, which successfully exited through a sale to DST Health Solutions in 2011. Prior to founding IntelliSource, Frank was the co-founder and CTO of Frontline Solutions and the director of medical management systems for Independence Blue Cross.

Chris is responsible for leading the data analytics strategy and ensuring the business alignment between HealthQX’s core analytics, big data and solution development capabilities. With his extensive background and experience in improving the relationship between payers and providers, his role also focuses on continuously improving the user experience of the ClarityQx platform. Chris has over 20+ years of experience in leading analytic organizations in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining HealthQX, Chris held leadership roles with Accolade Inc., Independence Blue Cross, and Aetna.
