Phenom Made its Second Acquisition This Year: Amsterdam-Based Endouble

About three months after Ambler-based HR tech company Phenom (née Phenom People) announced it had made its first acquisition, the company announced Monday that it had closed a second deal this year.

Phenom has acquired Endouble, a tech platform that uses data to optimize recruiting strategies and career sites. The Amsterdam-based company has been working throughout Europe for years, and the acquisition shores up Phenom’s plan to expand its services throughout that continent.

Endouble previously operated under RGF Staffing, and with the deal, Phenom adds 12 employees from its sales, development, implementation, account management and customer success teams, a company spokesperson told Technical.ly. There will be no immediate leadership changes. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
