Center City Behavioral Health Startup Lands $7.5M in Series A Round
Center City startup NeuroFlow raised a $7.5 million Series A round from a mix of local and West Coast, as the company aims to expand both its team and its behavioral health platform.
The funding, led by San Francisco-based firm VC Builders, brings NeuroFlow’s total capital raised to date to $11 million.
Also joining the round are local investors Dreamit Ventures, Spring Point Partners and Red & Blue Ventures, along with AWT Private Investments, which is based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and Palo Alto, California. Past local investors include angel network NJ Jumpstart.
Chestnut Street Ventures, Independence Blue Cross and Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
NeuroFlow was founded in 2016 by CEO Chris Molaro and COO Adam Pardes. Molaro, a former captain in the U.S. Army, wanted to create a way to improve how behavioral health care is delivered after seeing his fellow soldiers struggle with mental health issues.
