Pennsylvania Bio unveils its list of '16 to watch in '16'
Pennsylvania Bio, a Wayne, Pa., trade association representing the state’s life sciences industry, unveiled its list of 16 leaders in Pennsylvania’s life sciences community to watch in 2016.
The people selected as “16 to Watch in ’16” was decided upon by a committee of nine reviewers who chose individuals based on their “successes in 2015 and projected results for 2016.”
Among the honorees are company co-founders such as Bethany Edwards at LIA Diagnostic, Rick Solorzano at BioBots, and Max Perelman at Biomeme, along with GlaxoSmithKline vice president Erin Brubacker and Sheri Collins, deputy secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development.
“These 16 individuals reflect the diversity and promise of the commonwealth’s life sciences community,” said Christopher P. Molineaux, president and CEO of Pennsylvania Bio. “From medical device companies, research institutions, digital health, and service organizations, we look forward to celebrating these leaders who have shown a strong commitment to our business and science communities.”
